2.5 Tracking Information

For custom-built PCs:

  • We will contact the carrier to initiate an investigation

  • Replacement or refund will be issued once the investigation concludes

 

5.2 Damaged Packages

 

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

  • Report it to the carrier immediately

  • Take photos of the packaging and the product

  • Contact us within 48 hours

Failure to report promptly may affect eligibility for compensation.

 

5.3 Failed Delivery Attempts

 

If the carrier is unable to deliver the package:

  • It may be held at a pickup location

  • It may be returned to us after repeated failed attempts

If returned due to incorrect address or failure to pick up:
